We are still open for business pending review by the Government of Ontario. The intention of allowing Real Estate to continue operating under the current Government shut down is to ensure that existing deals close and in that capacity we are doing our best to provide Virtual Tour services to Realtors to avoid any face to face contact in homes.

Please use these resources when booking and editing your IGuide, Photos and Video and review our FAQs below before sending questions answered therein. We are short staffed and doing our best to help everyone.

Also, please be 100% certain that your sellers understand the risks of booking at this time and will not get cold feet. We cannot refund you immediately and an administration fee will be applied if this happens.

Rest assured that we will be monitoring emails but at a greatly reduced capacity. Phones will not be monitored.

    A; Rest assured we will answer you as soon as we are able. There are delays related to the volume and nature of the current crisis.
  6. Q; Do you have a process in place to deal with COVID-19?
    A; We would also like to reassure you that our team is using all means of self-sanitization to avoid spreading the COVID-19 Virus and we request that homes be vacant while we are there. If there are ill persons in the house when we arrive we will be forced to skip the appointment and cancellation fees will apply.
